I'm having the same problem. I have Win2K SP4+patches. I have D-Link 704UP Router with Print Spooler, latest firmware version. I have HP Laserjet 1012 for network printer. Web pages print consistently with IE, but Firefox 0.9.1 and now 1.0 will hang in the W2K queue. If I reboot the Router the print job starts up immediately.
Well, things have gotten worse. Attempts to print in Firefox 0.9.3 and PR 1 now result in a hard re-boot of the system. I originall reported this in early versions of Firefox but it seemed to resolve including printer stalls. This is not good!
I am having the same problems, I have no problem printing with IE, with Firefox 1.0, it takes 1/2 hour to print one page, including test pages. I have a HP 1100C printer, I am running XP
