Details

Currently the installer shows on disk sizes.  These should be changed to show
download sizes.  This needs to be done for beta.
I have this fix in my branch.  I just need to merge it to the tip.

FYI: this will now make a CD installer look weird by reporting a download size, 
where a download is not needed.
