the download manager is always extremely slow opening and closing.  when it is
open, it freezes if i try to remove something from it or try to use the clean up
button to empty it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open download manager
2. click on clean up
3.

Actual Results:  
firefox froze and i had to terminate it with task manager

Expected Results:  
removed all the files listed in the download manager
