if you click on a hyperlink from within an email in outlook, or in a word
document or from within another app, Firefox opens two occurances of the firefox
program displaying the same page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click a hyperlink from within outlook, msn, word etc
2.watch as Firefox opens twice
3.

Actual Results:  
2 friefox windows opened

Expected Results:  
nly one occurance of Firefox should open
