It seems that splitting XUL documents over multiple pages isn't yet implemented.
If you have a long (non-flexible) document and print it, you will get only one
page, everything that doesn't fit gets cut away. I also get an assertion: "XUL
documents should never be scrollable - see above: '!isScrollable || !isXUL',
file nsCSSFrameConstructor.cpp, line 3818". I'm not sure how page splitting can
be implemented given the XUL layout model but still - it's a bug.
