Tabbing from proxy textfield to its port doesn't highlight text

Tabbing into the port box from http proxy didn't highlight the existing 0, as
one would expect with windows. You have to delete it rather than just type the
required value.
Moving all open "nobody@mozilla.org" assignee bugs to "leger@netscape.com" to
review.
