25469 - Win95 M13 - Fonts are extremely small and difficult to read

I am using M13 on a Win95 OSR2 machine and when I installed M13, the fonts in
Mozilla appear extremely small.  Changing the character set in the "View" menu
sometimes relieves the problem; however, Mozilla does not remember to use that
character set when the next web page is viewed.  This font viewing problem did
not exist on M12.

I have the same problem. Note that the problem showed up only after I used the 
fullcircle binaries. I had used the installer then I overwrote the binaries with 
the ones from the fullcircle zipfile and the problem appeared.

This could be Bug 18135 - which is concerned with the default font being too 
small on all platforms. [e-mail] - could you possibly provide a screenshot 
so we can see if your fonts look the same as everyone else's?

The "not remembering preferences" thing is known - that functionality is 
documented as "not implemented yet" in the release notes.

I am attaching a screenshot supplied by [e-mail] - this is definitely a 
problem of some sort, as the fonts are much, much smaller than my M13. Can 
anyone shed some light on what might cause this?
