A Link with the following CSS produces a crash:
A:hover { POSITION: relative; TOP: 1.5px; LEFT: 1.5px; }
When u click on the Link and hold the Mousebutton down, and then scroll with
your Mousewheel down, Mozilla crashes every time u do that.

(Mouse: Logitech Mx 500)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. A Link with A:hover { POSITION: relative; TOP: 1.5px; LEFT: 1.5px; }
2. click on the Link and hold Button pressed
3. scroll down with MouseWheel

Actual Results:  
Mozilla crashes

Expected Results:  
not crash

I was able to reproduce a crash for this bug as well, but only using a document
that was long enough to scroll the window when the mouse scrollwheel was
scrolled. (Testcase attached as comment 1)

Firefox/0.9.3 on Win2K Pro SP4, Logitech M-BJ58 Optical Mouse. Using Microsoft
Windows 2000 drivers for "HID-compliant mouse": mouclass.sys v5.00.2195.6666 and
mouhid.sys v5.00.2195.6655
