User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2 After a file has been downloaded, the Download Manager Notification Popup mentions that N files have been downloaded. It however does not respond to any clicks on it. The mouse changes to a clickable link icon when hovered above the popup. Clicking on that popup should open the Download Manager, but it doesn not. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download any file 2. Wait for the Notification popup that shows completion of file download. 3. Click on the popup Actual Results: Nothing happens Expected Results: Opened the Download Manager Window
