Clicking on the finished downloads notification should open the download
manager. When it pops up, I always have the reaction to click on it, but nothing
happens. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this "behaviour".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download something
2. Download finished, notification pops up
3. Click notification

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Download manager pops up.

This is the same as bug 229062, but you're using a build from after the date
that bug was fixed.

Just installed new nightly + fresh profile, and now it works. Strange.
