User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a3) Gecko/20040809 Camino/0.8+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a3) Gecko/20040809 Camino/0.8+ After setting Traditional Chinese font, input to text field is no longer displayed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Delete Camino folder in Application Support. 2. Launch Camino. 3. Go to: Preferences->Appearance->Fonts and select Traditional Chinese. 4. Set Proportion font to any of Chinese font. Use Apple LiSung Light, 14pt for this test. 5. Quit Camino and launch it again. 6. Verify the font setting. It might not stick the first time. Redo the font setting if it's not saved last time. (Another bug?) Quit and relaunch Camino after font setting. 7. Go to the sample URL and type (or copy and paste) some Chinese text into the search field. Actual Results: The typed or pasted text does not appear in the field. Expected Results: The typed or pasted text shows up in the field. This is tested in OS X 10.3.4. It dosen't happen if the font setting is left "Missing".
Reporter could you please provide vastly simplified test case?
Sorry. I can't. I don't know enough HTML to reduce it.
Summary: Chinese input to test field is not displayed → Chinese input to text field is not displayed
