Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040803
With the middle button enabled to "open in new tab" on links, if you Middle
click on a link in the "personal toolbar", Mozilla doesn't "open in new tab".
To add insult to injury, you can (at least in 1.7.2) right-click on a link in
the "personal toolbar" and you will have the "open in new tab" context menu
option, and it works!
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enabled middle button to "open in new tab" on links in web pages
2. Middle click on a link in the "personal toolbar"
Actual Results:
Nothing
Expected Results:
Open the link in the "personal toolbar" in another tab

This is identical to 228840 (on MAC)
One bug or other should cover PC and Mac platforms (sorry!)
