Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98) Build Identifier: mozilla.com I have downloaded FirefoxSetup 0_9_3. I then install as per instructions in installer. After installation, any attempt to run Firefox results in the message box "Error Starting Programme - The FIREFOX.EXE file is linked to missing export OLEAUT32.DLL77" When I click OK on this box the next box appears - it says "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe.......A device attached to the system is not functioning". I have downloaded the setup program twice - the first time was after fresh installation WIN98. I had IE6.0 and Netscape7.1 installed before installing Firefox. Firefox installation and booting worked OK then. Saved setup file in partitioned drive. Reinstalled WIN98. Had only IE4.0. Installed Firefox from saved setup file. Problem described above occured. Reinstalled WIN98 again. This time I downloaded fresh copy of FirefoxSetup 0_9_3. Installed from new setup file - same problem as above occured. Uninstall Firefox - then reinstall - same problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install from setup file 2.Start from desktop icon 3. Actual Results: Get messages as described above. Expected Results: Firefox browser should run.
