Can not access site when selecting "NO" to save user name and password

Details
When attempting to access a Hotmail account, if "no" is selected when presented
with the option of saving the username and password, the browser does not log
into the site. From this point forward (until exiting the page) the submit
button does not work.

Verified dupe of 21596. If this is indeed a duplicate tehn it's safe to say
that it happens on Win32 as well.
