See fxfeeds.mozillazine.org: a draft for a Latest Headlines items to be placed in the Personal Toolbar. The first item will be a static item called What Is This? that links to an explanation of what live bookmarks are. I'd like to have that item in a different color, or in bold, or italic, or with a special favicon. Might it also be possible to use the same styles attribute feature to be able to visually distinguish items in a live bookmark that are new, and/or unread?
