Details

I spend a lot of time looking at pages where images have failed to load on the first attempt (I'm behind a transparent proxy). To see those images in the page, I can either Reload the page entirely and hope that the second time works, or, if only a single image is missing from the page, right-click on the missing image and and 'View Image' to view that image, and then press Back to see the image in situ as intended. Right-clicking an image could include a 'Reload image' option, but better to apply some logic to 'View Image' - if the image is not already fully loaded and visible, load the image in place in the existing page so that the image can be viewed, otherwise, if it is already visible, show it fullsize in a new window (the current behaviour). ('View Image' is not tab-aware. Ideally, if tabs are present, that would be used as context, and 'View Image' would either be 'View Image in new page' or 'View Image in new tab'.)
