On the sportsline site, and some toher commercial sites, popups are opening even
though popups are supposed to be blocked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://cbs.sportsline.com/
2. click on a story link or a menu link such as nba or olympics
3.

Actual Results:  
got a popup

Expected Results:  
no got a popup
