25586 - Beta1: In Reply window, TO sender is not auto. populated.

Description

Linux, Mac and Win32  builds (2000-01-28-12 M14)
Steps:
1. Launch Messenger using -mail
2. From the Inbox, select a message and click on the Reply button

Actual result: In the Reply window, the To: addressing field does not
automatically populated. I have to click on the field to make it come up

Expected result: should automatically be populated.

This problem occurs in IMAP and POP and on all 3 platforms.
