By default when you close a Firefox window with multiple tabs it prompts you
first. The dialogue box has an option 'don't prompt me again'. But once the
prompting is turned off it can never be reactivated!
If there is a preference to turn _off_ prompting about multiple tab closing,
there must also be a preference to turn it _on_ again.
