In the mozilla1.8 selecting Composer->Dialogs-> Insert Table properties : The
table width is not changing to the numbers of pixels selected by the user.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document into the editor or blank page.
    2. Choose default values for rows and columns.
    3. Insert a value for pixels width.
    4. Click OK.
    5. Verify that the table width is the number of pixels you chose.
    6. Repeat for % of window width.

Actual Results:  
The table width is not changing to the numbers of pixels selected
       by the user.


Expected Results:  

       The table width should be changed to the numbers of pixels selected
       by user.
