All desktop links to web sites (created by IE or explorer) give a Windows cannot
find http:// address error message in a box.
The link is then found and displayed. The error box remains and has to be
closed, however.

Wish FF would allow 'create a link/shortcut on desktop' for links like IE

Dupe of Bug 246078? (patch is not in 0.9.x)
