If you rename an RSS News Header name from the Mail Window, that revised name is
not recognized in the Manage Subscriptions dialog.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup an RSS Needs feed using the URL:
http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/car/rss.xml
2. In Mail Window, right-mouse click Yahoo! Sports and rename it to Yahoo!
Sports CAR
3. Go back to Account Settings|News & Blogs|Manage Subscriptions

Actual Results:
Yahoo! Sports is still displayed and is not renamed.

Expected Results:
The renamed news feed should be displayed and associated.
This works for me on Windows.

I think this is caused because the summary file on Mac and Linux gets blown away
when you rename or move a folder. Hence a dupe of Bug #255453
