The dialog window for adding a new folder in the bookmarks manager or the
bookmarks sidebar does not close clicking the Ok button.  The cancel button
works but keeps the new folder. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to add a new folder in the bookmarks manager or the bookmarks sidebar.
2. Press Ok button.
Actual Results:  
The dialog does not close. 

Expected Results:  
The dialog should close.

Strange.  I am not seeing bug #256101 but I am seeing this bug (adding a new
folder) in this build: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.2)
Gecko/20040819 Firefox/0.9.1+
