After you click on an anchor link, the location bar gets updated but when you
select send link, the URL pasted does not include the anchor.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to test URL
2. Note location bar
3. Click on "import" command link in list
4. the URL updates to include the anchor "#SEC130" e.g.:
http://www.loria.fr/~molli/cvs/doc/cvs_16.html#SEC130
5. Send link.
6. Instead of sending the full link with the anchor, just the top of page is sent.
Actual Results:  
Top of page sent.

Expected Results:  
The anchor should have been included.

This is a bug in the sendLink() function in mailNavigatorOverlay.  It's using
document.URL, which naturally does not reflect any anchors; it should be using
document.location.href.

This is working in 1.7.2, but I see the problem with 1.8a3-0806.

I seem to have the same problem at http://district-3.org/standings.html

I am using version 1.7.5 

Should I try and download a newer version?

It's unlikely the bug will be fixed without this bug report being updated to 
mark it as fixed (altho it *could* happen).

FWIW, Send Link from Firefox works as expected.

MASS-CHANGE:
This bug report is registered in the SeaMonkey product, but has been without a comment since the inception of the SeaMonkey project. This means that it was logged against the old Mozilla suite and we cannot determine that it's still valid for the current SeaMonkey suite. Because of this, we are setting it to an UNCONFIRMED state.

If you still can reproduce the bug on SeaMonkey 2 or otherwise think it's still valid, please REOPEN it and if it is a platform or toolkit issue, move it to the according component.
