focusing on links and dropdown options causes scrollbar to resize?

On a page with a scrollbar, focusing on links, dropdown select options and
buttons causes the page to jump the place it focus on to the bottom of the view
(sometimes hiding it from view, meaning putting it just below the bottom edge)
and the scrollbar to resize and some times disappear.
It seems to happen when clicking on links and dropdown select options (though
not all the time), and keyboard tab focusing links and buttons can sometimes
cause it as well.
sorry, forgot to mention that this is a cvs trunk build of seamonkey that I just
build today: 2004-8-21

This sounds like bug 256436. If so, it's a regression from bug 255584.

Let's just resolve this as a dupe of bug 256436. I confirmed that it's the fix
for bug 255584 that caused the regression. I backed it out and rebuilt to make
sure that it's indeed the case.
