the scroll bar shows i have reached the bottom of the page. If i press the
arrows it won't let me go furhter down. But if i use the scroll wheel of the
mouse i can go even furhter down meaning thew scorll bar doesn't work properly
this occured several times when i tried to report a bug
the page ended with the details box, and the submit bug button was not visible.
This is an issue with 1.8a3 from aug 22 (Sorry again but i had to go back to a2
so i can reprot bugs. AS i said a3 from 22 aug wouldn't let me reprot bus at all)
