Nearly everytime I try to click a link, usually this occurs when I'm at the end
or towards the bottom, it will shoot the page up. It happens with or without the
scrollwheel on my mouse.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Scroll down to a bottom of a page.
2. Click a link, right click or normally.
3.
Actual Results:
Page scrolls up instead of opening a new tab or page.
Expected Results:
Opened a new page or tab.
It just happened when i changed the severity to major.
