User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.8a3) Gecko/20040822 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.8a3) Gecko/20040822 Since putting the latest release on here, whenever I click a link on a page, the first time, the right hand scroll bar will disappear, the page will jump up about 1-2 clicks of the scroll wheel. The only way to then navigate to the link is to scroll back down with the wheel and click the link a second time. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Visit a long web page that has a scroll bar Try to click a link. Curse and swear as the page scrolls out from under the mouse. Use the scroll wheel to find the link i was trying to click on Click it a second time. Othertimes the right scroll bar will be inappropriately sized, only allowing me to scroll the top screen and a half of the page. If I resize the browser window, the page will scroll to close to the top, to the bottom of the travel of the scroll bar. This also occurs trying to click submit buttons like the one below
