After some checking, this junky repeatitive input is not limited to the Hanin
Input. It happens for every Chinese input method.

Furthermore, this sick situation is not limited to the mail composer either.
When trying to fill in a form from any webpage, same problem.

Rebooting the Mac OS 10.3.5 does NOT resolve this problem, nor rebooting the Finder.

Other application programs DO NOT have this problem.
This is a dupe of bug 256464. Can you try an earlier nightly (built before,
say, 2004-08-10) to see if there's a problem with that?

We already have a fix, but that hasn't been checked in yet.
