On the pages of http://fdns-services.de there is a div-Element right under the white navigation-bar. This div-element contains a background-image definded by CSS-Stylesheets. The div should contain a blue background with a white line. But the Milestone 13 online shows trash. Sometimes it is a black background with a light blue line sometimes there are other errors. Netscape 4.7 and IE 5 display the background-image correct.
It's either layout or style system.

The image sometimes appears correctly in the DIV, however resizing the window always causes it to go black. Interestingly, if I use another image with transparency it works fine - I think it may be a problem with the image file and/or with image lib (NOTE: the image works fine when it is the background of the BODY). Other transparent GIF images seem to work fine as a DIV background. I'll attach a testcase and two images used in the testcase.

linux: 2000030613 Windows: 2000030708 Hmmm... linux behaves nicely, except it draws bg_line twice, one below the other. The ncc_trans seems to work fine until I place another window over the area and then move it again (force repaint). Now I have two rows of ncc_trans.gif too. In Windows I don't see bg_line at all, but do get some weird static when forcing repaint. Though right now it has decided it wants to be solid white. Next up: black? (It seems to rotate and sometimes even shows the correct line). In Windows I don't see the double rows of bg_line / nnc_trans. I've attached a modified version of attinasi's testcase which shows the double bg_line.gif a bit better by moving the <hr> a bit out of the way.
