After just about any focus change, Mozilla unnecessarily invalidates all plugin
windows and forces them to repaint. This causes a visible flicker in some plugins.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit a page containing a plugin that's not flicker-free (such as the null
plug-in), and contains some elements that can receive focus.
2. Press the Tab key a few times.

Actual Results:  
Plugin flickers.

Expected Results:  
Plugin doesn't flicker.

Some plugins (like Flash) are flicker-free, so the problem isn't visible.

Having read some other recent focus-related bug reports, I'd have to suspect
that bug 151375 might be related.
