For some reason, popups are not blocked on this page.  I am not clear why this
is true.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the URL above
2. Close the window

Actual Results:  
A popup is displayed

Expected Results:  
The popup should have been blocked

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040803 - the
popup is blocked. And it seems that the page doesn't do anything to evade the
popup blocker, should be blocked in your browser as well...

*facepalm*

The !$(&@#%@ pref got turned off somehow, must've been a stray mouseclick at
some point.  Sorry to bother everyone.  :-S

You'd think that as someone who both writes code and has to support the users of
the program I could do better than that...
