Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040826 Firefox/0.9.1+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040826 Firefox/0.9.1+ When loading a page on one tab, a message is displayed on the status bar indicating the page status ("waiting for...", "connecting to..." or "Transferring data from..."). If while this message is displayed (i.e. before the page is fully loaded), you switch to a different tab, the message on the status bar remains forever - even after the page on the original tab is fully loaded, and tabs are switched. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open two firefox tabs 2. On the first tab, navigate to a relatively "heavy" site (such as cnn.com) 3. Before the page is fully loaded (while the status bar is displaying one of the messages detailed above), switch to the second tab. Actual Results: The message on the status bar remains, even after the site on the original tab is fully loaded. You can also open a new tab and switch to it - the message is still there. Expected Results: The status bar message should disappear as soon as you switch to the second tab (or at least as soon as the page on the first tab is fully loaded).
