Whem sound play whem pop-up blocked is selected, only playing sound caled
"DING.WAV" located in c:\windows\media\

Only others sound files can be select, but, not playing selected sound, only
playing "DING.WAV"

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Edit, Preferences, Privacy & Security and Popup windows
2. Select "Block unrequested popup windows" and "play a sound:"
3. Click on select, and browse, and select a diferente wav archive file. Click
open, and file is selected in a field.
4. Click OK, and goto web page with a popup. 
5. Sound playing is not a file selected, only playing a "DING.WAV"

Actual Results:  
I renamed DING.WAV to DING.BAK, and renamend file i intented to use to a
"DING.WAV". It's work, but, all program use files ding.wav have sound changed.

I'm seeing the same behavior on "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O;
en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040803" as well.  It appears that mozilla will only
play the default system alert sound, regardless of which sound file you select
in Popup  Windows Preferences pane.

This can be tested by picking a sound file other than the system default alert
sound in the preferences pane and hitting 'preview'.  You will hear the system
default sound played.  You can then change the system default sound to something
other than the file you selected in popup windows preferences pane and hit
preview again (or go to a page that trys to open a popup) and you will hear the
newly selected system default sound.

I'd vote to change severity of this bug from 'Trivial' to 'Normal' or at least
'Minor' since the system default alert sound is made for various system events,
some of which are more important than a notification that mozilla has blocked a
popup; thus the inability to change mozilla's popup blocking sound means that
one can't tell if the system is really trying to tell you something or Mozilla
is just blocking popups (e.g. I have refdesk.com as a homepage, which reloads in
the background if I leave it open and mozilla keeps blocking popups when it does).
