Unable to open attachments in composition window by double clicking on them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an attachment to a new mail composition
2. Double click on attchment

Actual Results:  
Mozilla doesn't open the attachment.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should open/view the attachment.
