STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Load attached testcase
ACTUAL RESULTS:
Horizontal scrollbar is present.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
No horizontal scrollbar.
PLATFORMS AND BUILDS TESTED:
Bug occurs in 2004-08-24-05 trunk Linux.
Bug occurs in Mozilla 1.7 Linux.
Bug does not occur in Mozilla 1.6 Linux.
Bug does not occur in Mozilla 1.4 Linux.

Funny, I can't reproduce with 2004-08-28-06 either... so, did someone fix this
in the past couple of days?
