Hovering on a live bookmark before it loads its content displays
"about:livemark-loading" in the status bar, as if clicking the item would bring
up one of Firefox's about: pages if you click it, but nothing happens.

It's the same for "about:livemark-failed" when "Live Bookmark feed failed to load."

Either this status bar text was just placeholder, or there needs to be content
written for these pages.

Also, as in Bug 254556, the status text is wrong.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Hover over a loading feed and look at the status bar
-OR-
Hover over a feed that failed to load

Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Loaded a page explaining what's going on.
