Start download from a mirror. Observe poor bandwidth. Cancel download, select
different mirror, start new download same file. Observe progress bar shows ~40%.
Window title shows 24% of 2 downloads.

Download was Knoppix iso (knoppix.org) from first:
ftp://mirror.averse.net/pub/knoppix/KNOPPIX_V3.6-2004-08-16-EN.iso
then:
ftp://ftp.mirror.ac.uk/sites/ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/linux/knoppix/KNOPPIX_V3.6-2004-08-16-EN.iso

DM was _not_ closed between downloads. 
I believe I've observed this previously with http downloads.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start D/L on ftp://mirror.averse.net/pub/knoppix/KNOPPIX_V3.6-2004-08-16-EN.iso
2.Continue until ~ 10% complete
3.Cancel D/L
4.Start new D/L on
ftp://ftp.mirror.ac.uk/sites/ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/linux/knoppix/KNOPPIX_V3.6-2004-08-16-EN.iso
5. Run until disparity between progress and title bar is evident

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
It should have removed the cancelled download from the list of active downloads
that it uses for calculating gross progress.
