second firefox window opened from Start/Program menu receives  the same session
ID as the first opened window

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open first window from start/programs and load some web page which creates
session
2. click some link on the web page to reload
3. open second firefox window from start/programs, enter the same webpage and
the window will receive the first one's session



Expected Results:  
Window opened from start/programs should create its own session. Only the window
opened from File/New Window or  New Tab in Firefox should inherit the session.
