Details
This is a usability issue with the download manager. If you close all windows
besides the download progress window the application is "locked" until the
download finishes, since there is no way to open a new window.
Steps
1. Start firefox
2. Start a lenghty dowload and have the download progress (manager window) appear
3. Close the browser window.
4. Realize you need to continue browsing and try to open a window.
Excepted result:
Some easy identifyable way of opening a new window
Actual result:
1. CTRL+N does not work from download manager window.
2. starting a new firefox session e.g. by desktop icon results in a locked
profile dialog.
3. Found no workaround, only solutions are Wait for download,Cancel download,
use alternative browser during download.

Requesting blocking 1.0:
* It should be an easy fix to add a acesskey or button or something.
* It is highly annoying with long downloads.
* It is something that happens often (at leat to me), that I fail to realize
that it is the last window im closing.
