should be possible to go to homepage of extension when it's disabled

Details
because of versioning Firefox has disabled some of my extensions. But I know
there a new version af my extensiopn available. So I cliced Extension and wanted
to use the Homepage link for the extension but I cant since it's disabled!
It should be possible to go to homepage of extension even when it's disabled

works for me with manually disabled extensions. I can use context-menu option
Visit Homepage or open the About dialog (at least when extension uses default)
and click the link there.

Resolving WFM
I verified that when an extension is disabled that the home page url is still
available with the patch to bug 284515. Also, now if an extension specifies a
custom about dialog the default about dialog will be shown when an extension is
disabled.
