Details 
when you open given url, string "HEADER" is aligned relative to 30% of screen 
width left to it by table. if you minimize mozilla window and maximize it back, 
header will be aligned relative to full window width

    
    

    
  
The table is ok as can be seen by putting a border on it and shrinking the

I can't reproduce the problem.  Minimizing and restoring the window works fine.
