When using generated content, either :before or :after, Mozilla won't apply it
when images are involved. Originally discovered when I was trying to
auto-generate captions for my images from title attributes, I have found that
even plain text isn't applied.
See testcase (coming up). It has a div, a span and an image. All 3 should have
"Some content before:" prepended, and either 'div', 'span' or 'img' appended.
Reproducible: Always

:before and :after do not apply to replaced elements (images).

Verified. CSS3 may end up redefining generated content such that it applies to
replaced elements, but that's a ways off in the future.
