When trying to use the scroll the Disclaimer on
http://nexus.pointclark.net/felix/?page=imprint by using the scrollwheel of my
mouse nothing happens. Internet Explorer lets me scroll with the wheel.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Klick on the disclaimer text to get focus on that
2. Move the scroll wheel
3. Watch how it doesn't work

Actual Results:  
It didn't perform the action it should.

Expected Results:  
Scroll the text.

Fixed on trunk, will hopefully be available on branch soon.
