Internet Explorer lets me scroll with the wheel. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Klick on the disclaimer text to get focus on that 2. Move the scroll wheel 3. Watch how it doesn't work Actual Results: It didn't perform the action it should. Expected Results: Scroll the text. Theme: Noia eXtreme 2.0
