I'm using a Bugzilla instance originally installed as 2.14.2, then upgraded to
2.16.5 and then upgraded to 2.18rc1 and 2.18rc2.

I am querying for all bugs on a certain product on a specific version. The
assignee does not show up in the query output. If I view the bug that does not
show the assignee, a user is indeed assigneed to that bug.

I will attach screenshots of the output I'm seeing. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use my personal Bugzilla Instance that does not permit outside users to query
a certain product of mine.
2. Select Product, version, and manually select all Status states. Click on Search


Actual Results:  
I received a report that showed the bugids matching the query, but one bug was
missing the assignee name.

Expected Results:  
The query should have reported the assignee name.

This screenshot shows that bug 86 is matched for all bugs on this product in
all states, for a specific version of the product, where in 'Email and
numbering' I selected "Any of bug owner contains perin"

I don't know if this is relevant, but this user is currenly disabled.

I will be happy to lookup other things in the database upon request.

You've set your list to display the real name, which is optional information.
The user has left his real name in his user preferences blank, so this is what's
being displayed.

This is a duplicate of bug 189366 in my opinion.
