Popup windows are not blocked if one click on links "Question History"-links on
the site http://www.experts-exchange.com/CH_1298564.html.

Links on the site: "Network file sharing", "LAN card issue!!!",Domain
"Administrator Password Recovery" popup windows are not blocked.

NOTE. Internet Explorer 6.0 blocked this popup windows.

Tested at Windows XP Professional SP2

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.experts-exchange.com/CH_1298564.html
2. Click at links 
3. "Network file sharing" or "LAN card issue!!!" or Domain "Administrator
Password Recovery" ...

Actual Results:  
Popup windows appear

Expected Results:  
Block popup windows

Worksforme with a 1.8a3 trunk build.  I get no popups when clicking on those links.

Confirmed. I got nothing on first click, but I then went back and clicked
another topic, and a pop-up made its way through.
