When using "Show (popup)" on a blocked popup during pageload will not show the
selected popup but block it again (the popup will be filed once more in the
blocked popups).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a slow loading site with popups (i.e. www.ngemu.com will do)
2. During page-load click on the popups blocked icon
3. Select Show (popup)

Actual Results:  
The popup is blocked again and filed once more in the blocked popup list.

Expected Results:  
Show the blocked popup. (and removed from the blocked popup list?)

Related like a (fixed, in current aviary and trunk builds, most likely) duplicate...

Seems fixed in 20040908 indeed.
