We need OS/2 cursor glyphs for the CSS3 'context-menu' and 'vertical-text'
cursor values. Also, the 'col-resize' and 'row-resize' cursors use the
same glyph as 'e-resize' / 'n-resize' respectively - it would be better to have
specific glyphs for these. See widget/src/build/res/ for the corresponding
Windows glyphs (.cur), maybe those can be used as a starting point?

I just checked in col_resize, row_resize, and vertical_text for OS/2.
When you have a context-menu cursor for Windows, please just copy me on the
Windows bug and I'll make one for OS/2.
