This updates the document to valid HTML 4.01 Strict. It makes markup
improvements in line with the markup guidelines from mozilla.org
(<http://www.mozilla.org/contribute/writing/markup>) and fixes the bug
mentioned in the post.

Owen, something went wrong with the image. It should be '../header.png', not
'index_files/header.html'.

The files index.html and 0.8-release-notes.html are supposed to remain identical.

Actually, I backed this out.  There were lots of gratuitous formatting changes
to the HTML and it was a lot cleaner before.  You should also:
 * check with the owner of the page (this page is well maintained, by mscott)
 * update 0.8-release-notes.html (which mscott would have told you to do)

Oh, I see that the gratuitous formatting changes were the result of using Save
Page As (complete), as was the broken link.

Owen Marshall -- the first rule of using cvs is to diff before you check in. 
I'm not sure who vouched for you, but you need to be much more careful.

I still don't like some of the changes -- e.g., removal of </p>.  You also broke
the "linuxurls.html" relative link and changed the dictionaries.html one from
one broken one to another broken one.

Argh, I _totally_ messed this one up. Sorry about dropping the ball.

David: Anne is not posting diffs because diffs created in Doctor do not cleanly
apply, as nbebout discovered in one of Anne's earlier bugs.
