with some sites, the browser does not correctly restore the vertical scroll
position used after you click on a ling and the navigate backwards

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to www.frankfurterrundschau.de
2. scroll somewhat down
3. click an some article link
4. navigate backwards
Actual Results:  
page is displayed with vertical scollbar in top position

Expected Results:  
restore scrollbar position to the position used before navigating forwards
